The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and subway lines 1 and 4. the room was beautifully furnished with a high-quality tiled bathroom.

It offers excellent services and has a marvellous and solid breakfast choices. The staff is exceptionally nice and extremely polite, makes sure that the place is reasonably clean.

The breakfast here was great with a nice selection of food choices.

Luxury hotel, the staff were all accommodating and affable and the location was marvellous to major areas such as Kangnam or central Seoul. I had a marvellous and solid breakfast with good offerings and also the beautiful view. I liked excellent customer service. Location: the property was near a nice shops, shopping malls, restaurant and metro, and Hyundai department store and a couple of shopping center. After long day I visited Lobby Lounge Bar for a couple of drinks.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The concept of having a little city with all facilities, including shopping, was impressive. The reception on the 41st floor was fantastic, and the restaurant blew me away with its food quality and incredible view. The club room was located on the 39th floor, offering an amazing view. Access to the club lounge with a decent selection of alcohol and food was a great perk. The staff was superb, striking the perfect balance of friendliness. The pool and sauna were enjoyable, and the rooms were top quality, spacious, and equipped with a great bathroom. The shower room doubling up as a steam room was an added luxury. This place deserves a 5-star rating all the way.

Using the KTX train, we had easy access to major areas such as Kangnam and central Seoul. the room was clean with comfortable beds, and we enjoyed the beautiful skyline view of the city. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet served a variety of delicious international and Korean dishes.

The hotel is located next to Sindorim station, making it very convenient for travel within Seoul. It is also surrounded by malls and shopping centers, providing plenty of options for shopping and dining. The rooms are well-decorated and equipped with modern amenities, and some even have fantastic views of the city. The service provided by the hotel staff is exceptional, with friendly and warm staff members willing to assist guests. The lobby, located on the 41st floor, offers a breathtaking view of the city and has a restaurant and bar.

The elevators in the hotel can be relatively slow and sometimes malfunction, causing inconvenience to the guests.

This hotel offers a lavish experience, with its exclusive amenities and personalized service. the swimming pool and private facilities are top-notch, and the staff goes above and beyond to fulfill any requests. the bar/lounge area is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, this venue is conveniently located near CBD and a train station.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the temperature control in our room. Despite adjusting the thermostat, it remained too warm for our liking.
